Transformation into 8 urban apartments
At Grotekerksbuurt 16 in Dordrecht, Blossem Group is developing a unique residential project that combines historical character with contemporary living comfort. Eight city apartments are being built in this national monument, carefully designed to preserve its monumental value while meeting today’s living requirements. The building, originally dating from the mid-18th century in Louis XV style, has a stately appearance and authentic details that now blend with high-quality modern finishes.
