Landlord’s Statement

Do you need a landlord’s statement? You can request one by sending an email to huurders@blossemgroup.nl. The fee for this document is € 18.15 incl. VAT.

Payment Arrears

Are you unable to pay your rent (on time), or do you expect difficulties soon? Please contact us immediately. In consultation, a payment arrangement may be possible.
Arrears can be repaid in up to three installments.
Please note: we charge an € 10 administration fee per installment.

Contact & Tenant Portal

As a tenant, you receive access to our digital tenant portal. Here you can:

  • submit repair requests,
  • view financial information and payment history,
  • access important documents and information

For urgent matters you can call +31 (0)174 70 02 93. Outside office hours this number is redirected for emergencies.

Good Landlord Act

Blossem Group acts in accordance with the Good Landlord Act. This means we
operate transparently in the rental of housing and actively prevent discrimination.
If you experience or witness discrimination, always report it to the landlord, the
municipality, or an anti-discrimination bureau.
