Gym in The Hague
Ceder Gym is located in the former Kneteman Gym, a gym with character and history in the heart of The Hague. With the renovation by Blossem Group, the location has undergone a complete transformation into a modern, luxury fitness club. The new Ceder Gym combines stylish design with functional spaces for training and recovery. The offering consists of group classes, personal training, and physical therapy, complemented by a sauna for relaxation after exercise.

The heart of Ceder Gym is characterized by a spacious, open layout with striking white arched trusses and large skylights that fill the training floor with daylight. The space is fully equipped with high-quality Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment and offers a motivating and light environment. The high ceilings and thoughtful layout provide ample freedom of movement for functional training, strength training, and endurance training.

The facility offers more than just training space; it features a stylish lounge and nutrition bar designed for relaxation and socializing. Members can unwind on comfortable leather sofas bathed in natural light streaming in through large industrial windows. The beautifully finished wooden bar serves as a central point for post-workout recovery, offering protein shakes, supplements, and coffee in a welcoming, modern atmosphere.
Outdoor terrace
As an extension of the social space, Ceder Gym has a beautifully landscaped terrace. The white brick façade with floor-to-ceiling industrial windows creates a seamless transition between the indoor lounge and the patio. Equipped with ample seating and benches, this sunny courtyard is the ideal place for members to cool off, enjoy a coffee in the open air, or catch up during the warmer months.
