What will you be doing?

As a secretary at Blossem Group, you’ll have a varied range of tasks where no two days are the same. Your main responsibilities are:

• Right-hand man to the director: You’re the director’s eyes and ears, ensuring he’s always up-to-date. You’ll be ahead of him with information and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Calendar and email management: You’ll manage complex calendars and multiple mailboxes. You’ll independently handle the director’s mailbox and handle as much as possible yourself. You’ll only discuss important priorities with the director.
• Project support: Blossem Group is a real estate company with many ongoing projects. You’ll assist with ad hoc tasks that can vary from project to project, such as organizing viewing days or arranging practical matters.
• Customer Contact: You’ll be responsible for answering the phone and serving as the first point of contact for questions from tenants and other parties. You’ll try to resolve questions yourself or forward them to a colleague or project manager.
• Event Planning: You’ll organize small-scale events, taking care of the venue, catering, furniture, and invitations.
• Marketing Activities: If you’re interested in marketing, there’s plenty to do. Think of creating presentations, brochures, stickers, starting petitions, or organizing campaigns. We also collaborate with a marketing agency.
• Ad hoc Activities: Think of requesting appraisal reports, preparing documents for mortgage lenders or lawyers, applying for permits, booking travel and hotels, and processing mail.
You’ll also be the link between the small office team and the large group of field colleagues. You’ll work closely with the manager and project leader and be a vital link within the company.

Are you an organizational talent with a passion for purchasing and logistics? Then we are looking for you!

As a Purchasing/Warehouse Management Associate at Blossem Group, you will be responsible for all material purchasing for our various real estate projects and ensure that our warehouse is always up-to-date. You will work closely with our various departments to ensure there are no shortages. Your responsibilities include:

Responsible for purchasing materials for all real estate projects.

Managing inventory and the warehouse, both internally and externally.

Ensuring timely delivery of materials and coordinating logistics processes.

Maintaining contact with suppliers and negotiating prices and delivery terms. Maintaining administrative purchasing and inventory data.

Requirements
Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) level, preferably in a logistics or technical field
Experience with purchasing and warehouse management
Excellent command of Dutch and English
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and flexible work ethic
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with different departments
