The role<\/b><\/p>\n

As a Building Physics Consultant at Blossem Group, you are the specialist in building physics and MEP engineering within our projects, particularly in the residential and healthcare sectors. You will provide calculations for comfort, energy performance and technical feasibility. You work independently and proactively, acting as the solid technical link in our design and construction process.<\/p>\n\n

Your tasks<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Perform building physics calculations (thermal insulation, ventilation, energy, acoustics, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Provide calculations & advice on comfort and sustainable installations<\/li>\n
  • Translate Dutch NEN standards into practical design and construction advice<\/li>\n
  • Support technical integration in models \u2013 BIM\/Revit knowledge is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Advise on technical and MEP feasibility of projects<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
